A Los Angeles Truck Accident Lawyer is Needed for Collecting Damages

A Metrolink train bound for Los Angeles had two cars derailed, and three others flipped over after a Ford F450 truck crashed into it, as reported in a February article in the Reuters website. The crash happened in Oxnard, around 45 miles northwest of Los Angeles, California, resulting in multiple people injured—31 passengers and two crew members. The principal engineer of the train died a week after the crash. According to officials from the federal safety board, in the dark hours before dawn, the truck driver made a wrong turn on the railroad, causing it to crash with the Metrolink rail cars. The truck, after being practically torn apart, got stuck, which the driver then abandoned with the headlights still on and hazard lights flashing.
