They say that flying remains to be the safest mode of transportation. However, in the rare chance that an accident in the skies occur, passengers should have access to legal remedy for proper compensation. One example would be the case of Asiana Airlines Flight 214, wherein more than 180 passengers and crew members were injured when a Boeing 777 passenger jetliner, coming from Seoul, South Korea, after crashing upon landing at the San Francisco International Airport.
