TV personality Caitlyn Jenner, formerly Bruce Jenner, filed a response to a wrongful death lawsuit. Jenner was alleged to be at fault for a vehicular accident that led to the death of philanthropist Kim Howe. Her stepchildren filed the lawsuit against Jenner. According to the new report by the Los Angeles Times, Jenner’s defense statement claims that the plaintiffs, Howe’s stepchildren, are financially independent and, thus, not entitled to damages. The case is still ongoing and the accident remains under investigation.
