Air travel has
advanced by leaps and bounds in the past 70 years. That, however, carries the
danger of accidents at any altitude, and will mean a case for compensation.
One example
would be the case of Asiana Airlines Flight 214, where more than 180 passengers
and crew members were injured when a Boeing 777 passenger jetliner, coming from
Seoul, South Korea, crashed upon landing at San Francisco International
Airport.
