Who’s To Blame? A Construction Accident Attorney can Find the Answer

According to OSHA, in 2014 there were 4,251 fatalities that occurred in the workplace. Approximately 20 percent of those deaths were construction workers. Nearly all the deaths occurred from what they call the "Fatal Four", which is falls, electrocutions, caught in/between and struck by an object. While common safety precautions can help a construction worker avoid accidents, it's a dangerous profession that sees many fatalities as mentioned above. Construction sites are dangerous in general, but they can become more dangerous when safety standards are not met. OSHA inspects and issues citations each year for dangerous working conditions for construction workers.
