A traumatic brain injury produces an impact serious enough to critically lower the quality of your life. It can result in loss of income and inability to continue physical work. What Happens to Victims of Concussions and When to Seek Help From a Brain Injury Attorney

While not all concussions result in brain injuries, a single instance may lead to long-term brain damage. The doctrine behind this type of case is referred to as strict liability. An example of strict liability is if a person was injured while he was doing a dangerous activity. This is true even if every precaution was taken to make the dangerous activity as safe as possible.
