On the fateful day of May 23, 2014, 22-year-old Elliot Rodger went on a murder rampage that took the lives of six people and injured fourteen others. He stabbed and shot people in the Isla Vista community before shooting himself. His first three victims included two roommates and a friend who he stabbed a dozen of times with a boar-hunting knife in his apartment. Recent reports said that the families of the fatalities are filing charges against the apartment for supposedly ignoring numerous signs of the killer’s dangerous potential.
